1. If you are using any of LLCC’s computer labs, contact the lab assistant assigned to the lab.
2. If you are having problems logging into WebAdvisor/activating your account or accessing your email, call the help desk at 217-786-2555. This phone line is open from Monday through Thursday, 8am - 8pm; Friday, 8am - 5pm; and Saturday, 8am - Noon. The help desk is closed when the campus is closed.
3. If you are having Blackboard problems please contact the Distance Education department at 217-786-2890.
