Transcripts / Admissions Office Hours
Extended office hours:
Mon-Thur 8a-7p, Fri 8a.5p, Sat 8a-12noon
Regular office hours; Begining January 16th:
Mon.-Thur. 8a-6p, Fri. 8a-5p, Sat. Closed

You may request a copy of your LLCC academic transcripts at no charge by any of the following methods:

By mail or fax:

Download and print the LLCC Transcript Request form, fill it out it and mail or fax it to us. If you are unable to print out the request form you may write or fax us your request. Please print legibly and include the following information:

  • Your first, middle and last name. (Please include maiden name if different.)
  • Your LLCC student ID number or social security number
  • Complete address where we are to send your transcript
  • Your printed and written signature

Fax your transcript request to 217-786-2492. NOTE: Our transcript fax line is operational 24/7. Except: posted breaks and holidays when the college is closed at which time the fax is not available.

You must have the capability to scan and include your handwritten signature with your e-mail to request a transcript by this option. You may wish to send an e-mail request as an attachment, provided you include your handwritten signature. Please send e-mail requests to Timothy.Maricle@llcc.edu  Please include the following information:

  • Your first, middle and last name and maiden name if applicable.
  • Your LLCC Student ID number or social security number.
  • Complete address where we are to send your transcript.
  • Your handwritten signature.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your request.

To protect your privacy & due to Federal Regulations, transcripts cannot be requested by phone.

NOTE: You may authorize someone other than yourself to pick up your transcript. But for the security of your records you must provide that person's name in your request and they will be required to show an ID.
