LLCC’s English and creative writing programs provide students with the fundamentals of storytelling, character development, advanced reading, communication and critical analysis. Develop the foundational skills of research, organization, editing and more. Skills learned with an English or creative writing degree prepare students for a career as a writer, editor, journalist, librarian, communication consultant, social media manager, teacher/professor, technical writer, plus many others.

Cost

English and creative writing (ENG) classes have standard tuition rates. For the 2024-2025 academic year (fall 2024, spring 2025 and summer 2025), these classes have an in-district rate of $140 per credit hour. Get more information on tuition and fees.
