College Now is a program in which college level courses, taught by LLCC instructors, are taken by high school students at Lincoln Land Community College. Students receive both high school and college credit upon successful completion of the course. Students pay regular in-district tuition, fees and buy textbooks for these courses.

Dual Credit is a program in which college level courses, taught by LLCC approved high school teachers, are taken by high students at their high school. Students receive both high school credit and college credit upon successful completion of the course.

Homeschooled students are welcome to take college courses while in high school. Since high school credit is usually not needed, homeschooled students would take “courses only” for college credit. Any high school junior/senior who would like to take college courses and not receive high school credit are welcome to take any course as “courses only” either online or in person.
