Room reservations

Our smart rooms, conference rooms and computer labs are fully equipped with the latest software, include all Microsoft products and Adobe CS3, CS4 and CS5. Additional software is available and can be requested in advance. An on-site technician can assist you if you have a special request; please set up an appointment to meet with our technician in advance or if you would like to arrive early to test the software.

Catering

If you would like catering at your event, please contact us to coordinate catering room and needs.

LLCC-Medical District reserves the right to make room assignments based on group size and meeting requirements.

$105 per day (room rates are all-inclusive)

These rooms are used by Lincoln Land Community College and Central Management Services  for training and education. Smart rooms are fully equipped with current software and have internet and multimedia capabilities.

The instructor station can utilize the latest software and has Internet access. Additional software is available and can be requested in advance. Multimedia capabilities include a DVD player, LDC projector and built-in stereo speakers. Please request in advance if you need a TV/VCR or a conference phone. Each of our five smart rooms are set up with classroom-style seating and can hold 18-40 participants. If you would like a different setup, please make the request when setting up the reservation.

Small conference room at LLCC-Medical District.

A smaller conference room is an excellent location for meetings. Comfortably seating 12, the small conference room has the capability to connect to the internet, conduct conference calls, and is equipped with white boards.

Free parking is available immediately across the street from our facility on Mason Street.

LLCC-Medical District is located close to downtown Springfield, the Amtrak train station and bus stops.
