Bistro Verde Spring 2026

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, March 25-April 30, 2026
(Closed March 24 and April 21-23)

Prepared and served by LLCC Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, and Hospitality students.

Ask to substitute gluten free bread.

Appetizers

Mushroom Tart

Flaky tart shell, mushrooms, parmesan mousse, crumble topping, chive and custard sauce. (V) 8.

Smashed Shrimp Dumplings

Vegetable & rice noodle, cucumber, peppadew, sweet chili sauce. 10.

Sticky Soy Glazed Wings

Tender chicken wings, sticky soy glaze, pickled vegetables, scallions, sesame seeds. 8.

Scotch Eggs

Traditional scotch eggs, Branston pickle, Dijon, arugula. 10.


Soups

Chicken, Vegetable & Truffle Soup

Chicken & truffle broth, carrots, celeriac, mushroom, puff pastry.

African Peanut Soup

 Creamy tomato & peanut soup, shrimp, roasted kale. (GF)

Crispy Chicken with Honey Mustard Salad

 Mixed greens, bacon, red onion, honey mustard, jammy egg, tomato, cheese croquettes. 9

Nashville Hot Cod Sandwich

 Shrimp, crab, crawfish, tomato, spinach, butternut squash, sage & prosciutto sauce. 14.

Petit Beef Filet

 Petit filet, sauce Chasseur, asparagus, tartiflette potato. (GF) 16.

Chicken Rogan Josh

Chicken breast, traditional Kashmiri sauce, turmeric rice, green beans, garlic naan. 12

Our a la carte dessert menu changes daily as sweets are prepared as part of the baking certificate coursework. Your server will tell you about today’s tasty treats.
