Last day to drop classes with 100% refund

If you drop a course during the tuition refund period for any semester or module, you will receive a full refund of tuition and fees. Drops during this time period can be completed by using "Student Planning" in LoggerCentral, visiting in person LLCC Registration on the main campus or any other LLCC location, calling 217-786-2292 or emailing LLCC Registration. Please keep in mind that after the tuition refund period has passed, you will not be able to receive a refund of tuition or fees. Also, lack of attendance in a course(s) does not constitute an official drop. An official drop must be requested.

Non-regular classes

Classes that are non-regular have varying deadlines. Typically, the class can be dropped prior to the second class meeting. For exact dates, call LLCC Registration at 217-786-2292 or email LLCC Registration.

Final withdrawal dates

Dropping a course after the tuition refund dates for any semester or module is called a "withdrawal." Important notes about withdrawing from a course:

• If you withdraw from a course during the withdrawal period,  you will receive a "W" on your transcript and will still need to pay all tuition and fees.
• Withdrawals can be requested by phone, but they cannot be completed using LoggerCentral. To withdraw from a course, request an official withdrawal by visiting in person LLCC Registration on the main campus or any other LLCC location, calling 217-786-2292 or emailing LLCC Registration.
• After the dates listed on the Important Dates webpage, requesting a withdrawal is no longer an option and you will receive the earned grade for the course from your professor.
• Please note that lack of attendance in a course(s) does not constitute an official withdrawal. An official withdrawal must be requested.
