Through the generous support of businesses and organizations within the community, the LLCC Foundation is able to provide students with various scholarships, including the LLCC Trustees' Honors Program Scholarship, which provides up to 60 credit hours of tuition.
The two-part application to the program and the scholarship is made via the LLCC Foundation scholarship application from Nov. 15-Feb. 15 for the following academic year starting in August. Applicants are reviewed for acceptance to the Honors Program. Once approved, they are entered into consideration for the LLCC Trustees' Honors Program Scholarship and other LLCC Foundation scholarships for which they are eligible. Participation in the Honors Program is not dependent upon having a scholarship. Receipt of the scholarship does require participation in the program. Decisions on the program and scholarships are made in April of each academic year.
