Lincoln Land Community College will honor veterans at its 25th annual Veterans Day Ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 11. The ceremony will be held virtually and premiere at noon on LLCC’s YouTube channel and Facebook page. The public is invited to attend.

The program includes Wayne Rosenthal, LLCC Board of Trustees Chair and retired Brigadier General, Illinois Air National Guard, serving as master of ceremonies; LLCC student Derek Myers, senior airman, U.S. Air Force inactive reserves, providing remarks; LLCC Student Trustee Julian Marvel reading a poem; and LLCC students Emma Bachman singing the national anthem and Sierra Eigenmann playing “Taps.”

The Veterans Day Ceremony is sponsored by LLCC Student Life and honors all veterans including LLCC faculty, staff and students who served in the armed forces.
