SPRINGFIELD — The Lincoln Land Community College Foundation, in partnership with LLCC Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts, is offering a five-course, gourmet dinner kit pickup on Friday, Oct. 7 with an international theme.
Kits may be picked up in front of the Workforce Careers Center on the LLCC campus from 4-6 p.m.
Each kit, at $150, includes drink pairings and serves two people. The menu may be viewed and kits ordered at llccfoundation.org/around-the-world while supplies last.
The event gives culinary students hands-on experience in preparing international cuisine, while also raising funds for LLCC student scholarships and programs.
