SPRINGFIELD — Lincoln Land Community College in Jacksonville and Beardstown will host a virtual scholarship information and completion event on Zoom Jan. 27 at 4 p.m. Current LLCC students, prospective students and their parents are invited to attend.

The virtual session will feature presentations about various scholarships, and breakout rooms will be available for getting questions answered about them. A representative from the LLCC Foundation will be assisting students with completion of the LLCC scholarship application.

Participating organizations include the LLCC Foundation, Jacksonville Promise, Jacksonville Rotary Foundation, Cass-Morgan Farm Bureau, MCS Community Services, Learning Disabilities Association of Illinois and Farm Credit Illinois.
