SPRINGFIELD — The latest edition of Lincoln Land Community College's FORWARD magazine will soon be arriving in mailboxes and is now available online.

The magazine covers the latest happenings at LLCC. There are articles about occupational therapy assistants helping others regain or improve life skills, using an “escape room” to teach nursing, lessons learned from the pandemic in online education, LLCC’s Teacher Education Pipeline, SkySoar Fest and the use of drones, and learning how machines work in industrial maintenance.

This edition also provides spotlights on Matthew Griffin (faculty), Brandon Sharp (alum), Elaine Higgason (staff) and Rayna Herzog (student).

There is also a list of LLCC degrees, certificates and short-term training opportunities as well as Community Education classes.
